Joints and Water
The amount of water you drink daily can affect your joint health. Your joints could hurt for many different reasons, but increasing your water intake could help the underlying issues.
Joints are where two bones come together to form a hinge. Staying hydrated throughout the day helps your body move blood, filled with nutrients, into your joints. Your joints are like sponges and move more smoothly when your body is hydrated.
To stay hydrated you should drink at about half your body weight in water. So make sure to drink your water and help your body, including your joints, feel great.
