What do you drink besides water?


We all know that drinking water is very important for our body to function, We also know that drinking Ionized Alkaline water has many health benefits, but did you know that most of the other things we drink are very acidic and not so great for our bodies. The chart above shows most everyday drinks that you might be consuming and what their pH is. These lower pH levels, acidic, are not good for our bodies.
