What is the Electrolysis process?
Electrolysis a method of separating elements of oxygen and hydrogen gas by pushing an electric current through a compound. Electrolysis requires minerals to be present in solution. Tap, well, and ground water contains various minerals, some of which are alkaline while others are acidic. Water above a pH of 7.0 is considered alkaline; below 7.0 it is acidic. Electrolysis can occur only if the water is acidic or alkaline. The requirement is that there must be ions in the water to conduct electricity for the water electrolysis process to occur. Water that has been put through the electrolysis process is called Ionized water. Take a look at the picture. On the left side, black silcone, you can see the oxygen bubbles from the electrolysis process in our True Water Bar, verses the bottle on the right, which is tap water. Water that goes through out our True Water Bar machines are not only filtered, but also have the oxygen molecule broken down and produces much more oxygen in the water. This helps the cells absorb more of the water to help with body functions, as well as, fight disease, including arthritis, digestive problems, inflammatory conditions, skin disorders, weight problems, diabetes, cancer, acid reflux, gout, fatigue, allergies, and chronic pain.
